Blood test booking
From 1st July 2025
All appointments will be booked through Sign-in Scheduling system Swiftqueue for all patients (formerly known as 10to8)
NELFT will also continue using the Urgent and Older People inbox for patients who do not have the ability to book online

The telephone line for adult blood tests is: 0300 300 1704 / 0300 555 1045
Children 0-12 can be booked via Swiftqueue, parents need to select either Queens (0-6 years old) or KGH (7-12 years old). They can call 01708 435 498 for 7-12 year olds and 01708 435 000 (ext 2675) for children 0-6 year old or if child has learning disabilities.
Blood Taking service for people with learning disabilities from 12 years old & above who are resident of Barking & Dagenham, Havering & Redbridge . Raphael House, RM1 4HP, will be operating every Tuesday, 12.30pm-3.45pm. Health Centre, IG7 4DF, will be operating every Wednesday, 12.30pm-3.45pm. The GP surgery is based in Church Elm Lane Health Centre which also houses other community services like Health Visitors, District Nurses and Talking Therapies which are NOT part of the GP. Please contact 0300 300 1790 to access these services.
