CELMP are pleased to announce that we offer Minor Surgical services to our patients in Barking & Dagenham.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The prescription line will now be open from 09.30-10.30 Monday-Friday. Please visit the prescription page for all other ways to order your prescription.

PLEASE NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY THE SURGERY NO LONGER PROVIDES EXTENDED HOUR CLINICS. WE WILL HOWEVER CONTINUE TO MAKE EVENING APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE UNTIL 6.30PM ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS FOR COMMUTERS.

PLEASE NOTE: The GP surgery is based in Church Elm Lane Health Centre which also houses other community services including Phlebotomy, Health Visitors and Talking Therapies which are NOT part of the GP. Please contact 0300 300 1790 to access these services or ask about any further enquiries.
