CELMP are pleased to announce the opening of a new minor surgery suite at the practice which will offer Minor Surgical services to our patients in Barking & Dagenham.

Saturdays that we are open : 14 & 28 October 2017

PLEASE NOTE: SURGERY WILL NO LONGER BE PROVIDING ALTERNATE SATURDAY MORNING CLINICS FROM 1 JANUARY 2018 AND EVENING APPOINTMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 7PM. PLEASE ASK RECEPTION FOR MORE DETAILS.

Flu walk in clinics - Is between 12-1pm everyday and 3.30-4pm everyday except Thursdays.

FLU VACCINES ARE AVAILABLE FROM 11 SEPTEMBER 2017 - WE HAVE WALK IN CLINICS EVERYDAY BETWEEN 12-1PM AND 3.30-4PM EVERYDAY EXCEPT THURSDAYS.

MATERNITY PILOT - QUEENS & KING GEORGE HOSPITALS

These hospitals are taking part in a Department of Health Pilot.

Patients will be asked for provide two forms of ID, one with your picture and one with your address. This is to ascertain if you are a UK resident. To find out more please visit : bhrhospitals.nhs.uk/maternity-pilot or call 01708 435 165.

10 Years!

We are delighted to celebrate our 10th year anniversary on 30 June 2016 with the opening of a new minor surgery suite at the practice. The Mayor, Councillor Eileen Keller graced us with her presence and we had many of our long registered patients celebrate the occasion with us.

If you would like to discuss more than one problem with the GP then please book a double appointment with Reception when booking.

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.

Communication Needs

We want to ensure that we can communicate with you effectively by providing you with our information in a format that is accessible to you. Therefore if you have a hearing, visual or learning disability, please speak to us and we can look at providing information which can be accessible to you.

 Missed appointments

Patients are advised to cancel their GP appointment atleast 1 hour in advance and Nurse/Pharmacist/HCA atleast 24 hours in advance of their appointment. Your appointment will be classed as DNA appointment if you do not cancel within these timeframes.

If you arrive 20 mins after your appointment time, please be advised that you may not be seen. Please enquire at reception.
